The ‘De Rotterdam’ building has been realised in an exceptional location, right on the River Maas on Wilheminapier in Rotterdam. The building was designed by OMA Architects and developed by MAB Development together with OVG Projectontwikkeling. The building comprises high-quality offices, luxury flats, a four-star design hotel, shops, restaurants, fitness and cultural functions.
The Municipality leases 44,000 m2 in De Rotterdam, spread over 33 floors. 2,500 Employees of the various municipal departments work well together; the lines of communication are short. The Rotterdam alderman describes the workplace as inspiring and effective.
Keijsers' custom-made furniture defines the atmosphere. We skilfully processed high-quality materials into representative and functional furniture. Result: concentrated work, informal consultations, meetings with small teams, lunch with colleagues.
