Wereldmuseum Amsterdam (formerly Tropenmuseum) is a museum about people. It is located in one of the most beautiful, original museum buildings in the Netherlands. From the monumental Light Hall, there is a wide view of what the museum has to offer. The museum was in need of modernisation some time ago.
Working closely with architect Lies Willers, Keijsers is helping to revitalise and adapt the museum. The public facilities were modernised and the Light Hall was even completely renewed. The Tropenmuseum is contemporary again!
